Before our Shabbat service, join us at 5:30 pm for a Happy Half Hour at Noe Valley Ministry! Being together before services to enjoy a small treat or a glass of wine/juice is one of the ways we stay bound to each other as a Community.

Our Shabbat Service will begin at 6:00 pm and end at 7:30 pm, to be followed by Kiddush and a vegetarian potluck dinner. Have a life cycle event or yahrzeit you want to honor, host a Happy Half Hour Oneg! If you have a bumper crop of strawberries, very ripe peaches that won’t keep, or if you make great Baba Ghanoush, host a Happy Half Hour Oneg. Other good items to bring for the Oneg are: a fresh fruit platter, assorted savory cookies, hummus and crackers, or a small cheese plate. A vegan option is always appreciated by many members. Wine is also welcome at the Happy Half Hour Oneg! Or Shalom will supply the plates, napkins, utensils, and tablecloth.
